Trying to put this into words, utterly gobsmacked, our bathroom had basically fallen off the inside of the house, we had a quote, agreed on it, Mark turned up and everything he moved gave him more work to do and more problems, he was cheerful, courteous, tidy, professional and so fussy about the standard of his work it was unbelievable. The bathroom far exceeded anything we could have expected it’s just beautiful and will be for a long time to come. The quote stood even though he had to do a fair amount of extra work.
